As some of the bungalow houses on Bayview Avenue south of York Mills Road at Bayview Ride Crescent started to be sold off last year we knew a project like this would soon follow. Format Group has announced a town-home development called Bayview Ridge Gate – although not much details are available at this time, we can tell from renderings it will likely be a 3-storey townhouse with rooftop terrace.
